A new call for applications for the program is now open in Brazil, Mexico, and Costa Rica.

Katherine Cárdenas: From training to professional experience in web development

Back-End Developer at Code Castle

Thanks to the She's Digital program She's Digital Junior Achievement El Salvador, Katherine strengthened her programming skills, learned Java and Spring Framework, and perfected the use of best practices in web development. These skills opened the doors to a paid internship at Code Castle, where she applied her skills and gained professional experience to further her growth.

Valeria García, a graduate of She's Digital Honduras, discovered that the first step in transforming her professional future was to dare to believe in herself. After completing the program, Valeria was selected from dozens of applicants to do an internship at a financial institution, marking the beginning of her work experience in technology and consolidating an achievement that today drives her professional growth.

From Costa Rica, María José Conejo Leiva found in She's Digital a community that came into her life at the perfect time. Trained in cybersecurity and front end developer, she discovered a space of inspiring women who showed her that she was not alone and that asking for help is an act of courage and growth.

Thanks to She's Digitals support, María José was selected as a Front-End Jr. Developer at Accenture. In addition, her trajectory and learning led her to be a speaker at Google's DevFest, which underlines her commitment and professionalism.

Today, María José shares her knowledge as a mentor at Rocket Girls, inspiring new generations to join the technological world with confidence and solid skills.
