REQUIREMENTS
Public
Women between the ages of 18 and 29 who are available and interested in receiving training and preparing to enter the technology sector.
Education
Completed high school (baccalaureate or high school) at the beginning of the program.
Interests
Passion for technology; basic knowledge of English is desirable.
Connectivity
Access to a computer with internet.
*We do not give priority to applications from participants who have previously taken part in the program. We want to give more women the chance to participate, which is why we prioritize new applicants.

She is Digital It was created specifically for young women between the ages of 18 and 29 because it addresses an urgent issue in our region: youth unemployment. In Latin America and the Caribbean, more than 23 million young people are neither studying nor working, and the majority are women. This stage of life is crucial for shaping their future, which is why we’re committed to providing concrete tools so they can lead, start businesses, and access real opportunities in today’s economy. We’re dedicated to transforming this reality, starting with young people. We understand your interest and deeply value your desire to continue your education. Although this edition of the program is aimed exclusively at that age group, we invite you to stay connected to our social media channels to learn about new opportunities that may match your profile.
It is necessary to have completed junior high school or high school (middle school in Mexico) to be part of the program, but you can keep an eye on the opening of calls for the program in the future and if you have already finished high school you will be able to enroll.
We currently have no open applications. We invite you to join our waiting list and reserve your place in the next call for applications.
We will have different schedules, once you approve the selection process we will consult you for availability and we will give you the schedule options.

The program has a duration of 5 months of technical training and 3 months of transition to employment. It requires a dedication of 20 hours per week for the first 5 months and then 5 hours per week for the following 3 months.
No, the program is 100% free, however, you need access to a computer with internet to receive the training.
She is Digital It is a nonprofit initiative co-created in 2023 by the NGO Junior Achievement Americas and the Inter-American Development Bank’s Innovation Lab. It is currently made possible thanks to contributions from various partners, including the Kyndryl Foundation, the Lenovo Foundation, Cisco, Delta, Valvoline, and Accenture.
Migrant and refugee women are welcome at She is Digital regardless of their nationality; the only requirement is that they live in the listed countries, but citizenship or nationality is not required.
No. She is Digital does not guarantee a job, but it does better prepare you to get one. Through digital skills training, career guidance, and personalized support, we strengthen your professional profile and increase your chances of accessing real opportunities in today’s job market. We are not a job board, but we are a great gateway: we provide you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to apply for jobs with greater confidence and better results.
No. She is Digital does not provide financial compensation. Receiving the scholarship allows selected participants to take part in the program at no cost, as part of our commitment to empowering young women in Latin America and the Caribbean. The goal is to offer a valuable training experience in digital skills, career guidance, and professional development that will increase your chances of accessing real opportunities in the job market.
