Who are you going to hire?

Our graduates are young women aged 18 to 29 who have completed high school, hold international certifications, and have undergone a professional development process that prepares them to successfully integrate into real-world work environments.

CISCO International Certification (CCST)

Talent with globally verifiable CISCO CCST certification in Cybersecurity. Additional certifications from previous cohorts: AWS Cloud Practitioner, IBM.

Intensive Technical Training

More than 300 hours of technology training, combining self-paced content with live classes and personalized support.

Social-emotional skills

Self-confidence, communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving—skills developed throughout the program.

Lists for the selection process

An optimized digital profile and resume, interview coaching, and three months of active support with your job search after the training.

High potential and motivation

These are women who chose to pursue an education despite real obstacles—which speaks to their resilience, commitment, and willingness to keep learning.

What does the program guarantee?

A three-stage training program designed for the real-world workplace

Our graduates are young women between the ages of 18 and 29 who have earned international certification and undergone a professional development process that prepares them to successfully integrate into real-world work environments.

Training

300 hours over 19 weeks (20 hours per week). Cybersecurity + social-emotional skills: self-confidence, communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving.

Certification

Earn the Cisco CCST Cybersecurity certification upon completion of the training. This credential is internationally recognized and globally verifiable.

Path to Employment

Digital Profile, resume, mock interviews, one-on-one mentoring (3–4 sessions), career fairs, direct access to our funding and employer consortium, active job promotion, and registration in the talent pool for opportunities on the job board.
