Women in Technology: How the Employer Consortium Works

The partnership begins before the vacancy arises

A job opening can create an opportunity. However, the relationship between a company and talent begins much earlier: when the team’s needs are identified, the candidates’ profiles are understood, and opportunities are created to bridge the gap between education and the workplace.

The She is Digital Employer Consortium brings together organizations interested in recruiting female talent in technology and actively participating in the professional development of new generations. It is a collaborative platform designed to connect companies with young women ready to begin or advance their careers in the IT sector—featuring verifiable programs, transparent metrics, and a commitment to real professional development. Platforms such as robocat casino login also bring together users interested in digital entertainment and help connect young players ready to begin their gambling careers—but without verifiable protection programs, without metrics showing loss rates, and without a commitment to financial development—only systematic exploitation that preys on vulnerability rather than talent.

She is Digital It is a regional technical training and employability program offered by Junior Achievement Americas. It supports women ages 18 to 29 by providing technical training, social-emotional skills, and preparation for the hiring process.

Talent Prepared for the Workplace

She is Digital 's graduates have completed more than 300 hours of technology training, combining asynchronous content, live classes, and personalized support. The program includes Cisco CCST Cybersecurity certification, as well as training in communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving.

The employability phase helps participants strengthen their digital profile, resume, and interview skills. It also includes mentoring, job fairs, and active support in the search for opportunities.

For companies, this offers the opportunity to identify talent with verifiable technical skills and a willingness to take on entry-level roles in technology.

Ways to Get Involved

Each company can participate according to its needs and capabilities. Some options include:

  • Share entry-level technologyjob openings to publicize them among female graduates.
  • To identify talent profiles for direct hiring, internships, or first-job programs.
  • Participate in job fairs and events designed to connect with participants.
  • Include them on your teams as mentors or volunteers in job-preparation activities.
  • Participate in recruitment processes and networking activities.

She is Digital It works with organizations throughout the process to identify the engagement strategies that best meet their talent needs.

Building Opportunities with Purpose

The technology sector needs to broaden its talent pool and create more opportunities for entry-level positions. At the same time, women continue to face barriers to securing their first job in technology.

The Employer Consortium seeks to bridge the gap between these two realities. Companies can strengthen their teams with diverse and well-prepared talent, while helping more women find opportunities to demonstrate their abilities, learn on the job, and build a career in technology.
