She is Digital It is a technical training and employability program launched by Junior Achievement Americas, , which has provided thousands of women with the opportunity to earn certifications in technology fields and receive mentoring to help them enter the workforce.

The program offers specialized training in technology, such as Cybersecurity, Web Development, and Cloud Computing, with industry-recognized certifications, such as Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Cybersecurity.

In addition to acquiring technical knowledge, our graduates develop key employment skills such as leadership, teamwork, and adaptability.

Our goal is to connect female talent with job opportunities in high-demand fields such as the technology sector, promoting inclusion and professional growth for more women so they can improve their quality of life, as well as that of their families and communities.
