Frequently Asked Questions
She's Digital was created specifically for young women between the ages of 18 and 29 because it responds to an urgent problem in our region: youth unemployment. In Latin America and the Caribbean, more than 23 million young people are neither studying nor working, and most of them are women. This stage of life is key to defining their future, and that is why our commitment is to provide them with concrete tools so that they can lead, undertake and access real opportunities in today's economy. We are committed to transforming this reality from the youth. We understand your interest and we deeply value your desire to continue training. Although in this edition the program is aimed exclusively at this age group, we invite you to stay connected to our networks to learn about new opportunities that may fit your profile.
It is necessary to have completed junior high school or high school (middle school in Mexico) to be part of the program, but you can keep an eye on the opening of calls for the program in the future and if you have already finished high school you will be able to enroll.
