Women in Technology: Junior Achievement Brings the Impact of She's Digital Fintech Americas 2026

An impact worth telling

This week, Miami Beach became the epicenter of a conversation that matters deeply to all of us: the future of women in technology. Junior Achievement Americas was at the heart of the event, presenting the She's Digital program.

Fintech Americas 2026 (& Femtech) brought together leaders, innovators, and change-makers from across the hemisphere. It was a platform created for those who are redefining the financial and technology industries—and She's Digital the opportunity to share their transformative impact and success stories, thereby continuing to amplify it.

Three ideas that guided each session and conversation

  • Build key connections to expand our professional network.
  • Share success stories with women who are transforming the industry.
  • Be part of the movement that is changing the future of thousands of women in the Americas.

From scholarships for cybersecurity training and international certifications to building social-emotional skills, job readiness, and support for the transition into the workforce— She's Digital a name for itself by closing the gender gap in technology and changing the lives of thousands of women looking to transform their careers.

It was a proud moment for the entire Junior Achievement Americas network—and a reminder of why programs like this exist: to bring about real, lasting change in the lives of young women who want to start a career in technology.
