On February 5, 21 participants in the She's Digital program She's Digital an experience that highlights one of the program's most important pillars: closely accompanying our participants as they enter the technology sector and transition from training to real employment. During the meeting at Kyndryl's offices in Hortolândia, São Paulo, these young professionals had direct access to those who are already working in the IT sector.
More than just a visit: an immersion in the world of IT
It was a day of real immersion: specialized lectures, individual mentoring, and face-to-face conversations with cybersecurity professionals who understand the challenges of today's job market.
Participants took away key learnings:
- Clarity on where to start: they learned what the market values and how to build a sustainable career in technology.
- Inspiring role models: they listened to professionals talk about their transition to cybersecurity, as well as practical advice on how to enter the market.

Female talent with national reach
What makes this gathering special is its scope: the 21 young women came from Ceará, the Federal District, Espírito Santo, Piauí, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Sergipe, and São Paulo, demonstrating the program's national impact. They all share the same journey: five months of intensive training, more than 300 hours of cybersecurity training, socio-emotional skills development, and industry-recognized certifications.
