On a continent where the gender gap in the technology sector remains a challenge, She's Digital launched a new training cohort with hundreds of scholarship recipients in Costa Rica, Mexico and Brazil. This program, promoted by Junior Achievement Americas, seeks to prepare women from different countries in Latin America and the Caribbean to enter an increasingly competitive and constantly evolving labor market.
During this stage, participants will be immersed in a curriculum that combines the learning of technical skills, the development of soft skills oriented to employability and the accompaniment of mentors in the technology industry. The proposal focuses not only on training, but also on creating a supportive and collaborative community.
"Participating in the She's Digital program has been one of the best training experiences I have had. The combination between soft and technical skills has delighted me, and each session has exceeded my expectations," shares Stephania Valeria Ramírez Piña, cohort participant, on LinkedIn (July 27, 2025).
The launch of this phase represents a new effort to address the structural barriers that limit women's access to opportunities in technology, and at the same time opens the door for more female voices to join digital innovation in the region.
