Costa Rica, Brazil, and Mexico concluded an intensive training program that connected hundreds of women with the tech industry through masterclasses, mentoring, mock interviews, and job fairs.
Costa Rica
The employability phase in Costa Rica was carried out through a program structured around three pillars: specialized training, personalized coaching, and professional mentoring.
Strategic Training
Nine masterclasseswere held, totaling13.5 hours of trainingfocused on employability, professional positioning, and preparation for the job market. These sessions provided participants with practical tools to present their professional profiles with confidence.
Small-group tutoring
A total of 24 mentoring sessions were held, ensuring that each participant attended three small-group sessions. This approach allowed for close, hands-on support tailored to each woman’s individual needs.
Professional mentoring
37 mentors worked with 61 mentees in programs consisting of 3 to 4 sessions per participant, totaling more than 210 hours of specialized mentoring. This collective effort helped strengthen professional profiles, guided career decisions, and expanded real opportunities for entering the workforce.
Brazil
On February 5,21 studentsenjoyed a special day at Kyndryl’s offices in Hortolândia: an opportunity to meet with professionals from the tech industry and explore career paths, cybersecurity, organizational culture, and the importance of networking.

In addition to these activities, there was aMock Interview Weekwith 52 participants, who put their skills into practice during 20-minute sessions with real-time feedback.
World Café with Companies
TwoWorld Café sessions were organized with partner companiesand42 participants, during which the students practiced pitching and interacted directly with industry representatives.

Mexico
On Tuesday, March 24, 2026, the Job Fair for the 6th Cohort of She's Digital was held virtually. The event marked the official conclusion of the employability phase in the country and strengthened the connection between the graduates and companies committed to inclusion and female talent.

Each company introduced its organization, shared career opportunities, and had the chance to connect with the talent of this generation. The event was attended by Ivonne Plascencia, Program Manager; Martha Cervantes, Director of Operations; and Eduardo Moralí, President of the Board of Junior Achievement Mexico.
The team of mentors, instructors, and volunteers at She's Digital instrumental in making this initiative possible, whose primary goal is to connect graduates with real opportunities in the job market.
